As you said Binder its unfortunate that we may never be privy to info on those four companies. We all must understand that BB stocks by nature are very risky investments. Many times we don't really know the financial well being of the entity that we are putting our money into. This is a situation where only time will tell. We would all like to see a positive stock position by the end of Dec. It may happen...it may not but I think we'll all be bettor investors in the end...good luck to all.

What?!?! They can't be forced to buy them back? What are you talking about? These shares were issued on the hinging fact that they do NOT sell them into the public.

If I was a lawyer, I would take this case because I would want a piece of this. This is money in the bank.

This is what I think is going to happen.

1)The company will be awarded the cash amount that the sold shares into the public are worth now.

2)The company will then proceed to buy back those shares.

3)They retire the 50 million, as promised.

C'mon, Binder. Think through the scenario a little bit more.

Binder, I find your post very cynical. To say that legal action between public companies has no effect is completely ridiculous. I could give thousands of examples to combat your one, but I think the world knows that would be redundant. Also remember if any of the four companies in question have done something to damage EUTRO's stock price, they have not just damaged EUTRO, they have damaged EUTRO's shareholders. That means we, the shareholders, have a potential lawsuit also - either against outside companies flooding the market with EUTRO shares that were not supposed to be tradeable; or against EUTRO for stating that the shares were not tradeable and to have it turn out that they were.

Binder: Your 4th paragraph included 4 questions which you acknowlege will probably never be answered, but only #2 and #4 are relevant to the shareholders. Not knowing the answers, how can you possibly make the statements preceding those questions. Do you think EUTRO or the attorneys would procede if this was the lost cause you claim it is?
It's not like Eutro has a lot of money to throw around at "lost causes". I personally think we at least stand a chance here. And one day after an informal announcement you're recommending a class action suit? sheeesh
