Bush started us down this road with the Patriot Act and Dept Of Homeland Security. Now they are putting black boxes in all new cars that will record every place your car has been. People need to wake up , conservatives included. Plenty of " Conservatives" in the govt that are all in on this stuff.

Absolutely Unbelievable!!!! Counterterrorism Agency: Every Citizen a Suspect

Holder's new regulations are very very expensive to deploy. This looks like a major govt infringement on our freedoms solely for population control.

I have questions:

1. What terrorist attacks are targeted?

2. How many terrorist attacks in the USA have Holder's previous efforts prevented?

3. What do these new programs cost?

Embedding GPS coordinates in snapshots taken at family picnics, black boxes in fancy new cars, and cams on every street corner is NOT IT.

There's a TV show out now called "Person of Interest," that more or less justifies this intrusion on our constitutional rights.

The Fourth Amendment guarantees:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
