You can still get Windows 7 on new laptops, you have to go to the manufactures website, and see if you can customize them. If that doesn't work, it should, but if it doesn't, go to their business line and customize a Windows 7 one. Most business computers still give you the option for Windows 7 Home or Pro.

Last month I got a new high end gaming laptop with Windows 7. Its a Toshiba Qosmio. I ordered it right from Toshiba.
