That's true. I was making assumptions based on current prices and what not. Who knows what the percentage those shares were back then. But something still puzzles me. I've always assumed that if you, even as a private investor, own at least 10% of the equity of a company, you are still bound by the SEC rules governing insider transactions. This is not so?
