The NRA by far, donates to the republican party, in 2012 the total percentage that went to the GOP is 88%. By far the NRA -National Rifle Association is giving more donations to the republican party and are winning the battle against gun control legislation.

Indirectly the NRA is complicit in this mess...why? Because it opposes any and all kind of regulatory process under the guise that it represents another step towards a gun ban. I hear it from nearly every gun enthusiast I know despite intelligence and maturity level on every other issue.

Is this one ok? it is a semi-automatic, but it is only a .22. It's a popular plinking rifle or even for hunting small game like rabbits.

This one is also a semi-automatic. Obviously a bit more military. Is this the kind that should be banned?
