"the popularity is now sweeping the US & going global and cannot be anything but a goodness for kids." getting it young has gotta be good... I went to a class yesterday. I basically go for sleep pose and to keep and eye on my wife. -g- 30 years ago you were hard pressed to find yoga activities. Now they are everywhere-and in walking distance. Every kind you can think of. Some of the instructors are quite full-breasted, like Avery on Young and The Restless.
