There are really not a lot of good reasons to have 100 round clips. I would say that there are weapons that are sought out specifically by people with mental problems. A similar profile probable exists for the extreme knife collector. This could be a red flag for me... so is it an instant psych eval for anyone who wants one of these... the problem is who is going to administer this - a sluggish and bureaucratic department like the DMV or a quack like a steroid prescribing celebrity doctor?
