Johnny, i am an investor that believes in Gary Evans proven track record of building a company for sale, as he has done in the past. If the share count increased as you worry about, I am sure that Mr. Evans would put the money to good use. When the company is sold is unknown but i wouldn't be too surprised if it happened soon. The eagle ford due diligence has been done by the potential buyers and it would not shock me if the buyer of the EF acreage just bought the whole company while energy stocks are depressed. JMHO. i think that the bias is to the upside until the annual meeting on January 17, and judging by the short interest, the upside could be substantial imo. shortsqueeze.com
