Not huge volume though....me thinks moving with sector or maybe leak or anticipation of EF sale.

MHR - EF bids were, I think, being collected by their bankers at the end of last week. Today's share move might reflect somebody knowing that the bids were strong enough to ensure that a transaction will happen.
At least that is what I hope is the the meaning of today's move.

What's to keep Gary from spending the proceeds of the EF sale on some other property immediately? The man seems to require "retail therapy".
