Bill I found also that 5 days ROC works nicely on warious indexes. 5 is a FIB number and until recently was also the settelment day of stock transactions.

Recently I notice that some moves are after the new settelment period which was shortened to 3 days. Maybe thats an additional reason why the market is so volatile, before 5 days started to make a trend and buffered day traders.

Any commnets??
