High school kids? I was at a Nam demo at Cal State Northridge after Kent State, as part of a medical team from USC Med School. The Minutemen were there, en.wikipedia.org with guns, giving ultimatums to the cops. The kids then began to arm themselves with fire axes and battle lances from the drama dept.
It ended well, fortunately.
