I've spent like 30K on all sorts of stuff around here for the new company from computer stuff to fixing the place up are using, etc...... IM NOT KEEPING TRACK OF IT! 30K LOL!!! You have to be kidding me. I guess that really is a "Start Up". I think I said this a while back to someone, maybe you: I DON"T GIVE A RATS ASS... I"M NOT GOING TO DEDUCT IT! GET IT?? "trusts and tax dodges" What do they have to do with each other.... please read my post. Jeeeez..... I said they can consume your life... it's the complexity and busy work, not the legality.. Gee.. Keeping receipts and taking legal deductions doesn't consume my life? That is why I pay our accountants. Because I can also write them off.. Personally, I pay our accountants to take over the issues surrounding tax requirements so THEY DON"T CONSUME MY LIFE. It appears you pay for accountants and then don't even make them do the job that YOU PAY THEM TO PERFORM. Not deducting valid expenses is not being "Non-Aggressive", It is being stupid. Look if you think paying an accountant to administer your tax issues, and instructing them NOT to perform the basic duties (taking valid deductions) that an accountant typically performs is normal, you are IMO, NUTS. After all, I guess you wouldn't want to make your accountants job too life consuming either... And so it goes, PCSTEL
