Roger: I think DELL looks very nice right NOW. Third failed test since the downturn, which also corresponds to an area that was tested 4 times when it was rising. Also, check PLAB, JBIL, SUNW, and AVTC and let me know what you think. These all follow the same pattern of several failed tests of (upside) resistance since they topped, where the resistance also corresponds to a congestion or support area during their upside move. I like 'em best after a confirmation day where they were turned back

I shorted Dell today. Earnings were a few weeks ago and turned out to be good, but the stock didn't do much. It popped up yesterday but then failed to hold above the 90 area which seemed to be key. It had such a rise and that seems to be over. If I had bought at $10 a year and a half ago I would be thinking about cashing out now. Probably the rise yesterday was mostly shorts. In fact most of the stocks that rose yesterday had high short interest.

Hi Roger,

Has anyone looked at The Panda Project as a short? It looks like a broken company to me. Running out of money, products not selling, hot air press releases. I've shorted a little based on what I know and am very tempted to get in deeper, but I'd appreciate a look see from someone with a solid accounting background.

It has an SI thread, symbol PNDA.

Thanks,
CL
