Venkie - As usual you have it exactly BACKWARDS!! I trade for a living because I choose to! I spent 18 years at IBM working on I/O bugs in the MVS operating system while investing/trading on the side. I left IBM because I was doing much better with my 'sideline'. The point is Venkie, I don't NEED a job BECAUSE of what I have been doing in the market. Is that an 'alien' concept to you? As far as 'keyboards' are concerned, that was in response to another poster. What is the point of that anyway, Venkie? I was answering that poster, and besides, I could list links to just about ALL your posts, where you do nothing but talk about 'SPAZ, your grandkids, T-shirts, how you manage your company's portfolio (with your experience??), etc, etc.'. As for Dell, yes I have shorted it in the past, I do not own it now, but I will tell you I have a position in CPQ at the moment that is north of a 4 digit number of shares. So I have an interest in what goes on in the PC market. Wouldn't you? Like I said, why don't you just hit the next button on my posts and keep on talking about that chili down there in Texas..... John PS - As for your job taking good care of you, that's what lots of IBM employees (about 200,000 to be exact) thought also! Guess what, about 5 years ago they found out it was maybe only partially true! The best person to take care of you is YOU, through financial independence.
