Why would anyone want more than bread and water for dinner?

Why would anyone want a 75 watt blub in stead of a forty watt bulb?

Why would anyone want a Cadillac instead of a Yugo?

Why would anyone want a 42 inch TV when a 23 inch TV shows the` same programs?

Why would one want a pair of Nikes instead of a pair of "Great Value" generic brand gym shoes?

Starting to get the picture ... it's called "Choice".

Farmboy answered your question better than I can. I take the magazine that comes with the firearm, and I don't chose a firearm on the basis of magazine capacity. I like 19th century designs like the Model 93 Winchester. But that's just me.

I don't want anybody infringing on the rights protected by the Second Amendment. If it weren't magazine capacity, you'd be arguing against bolt action rifles like the one Lee Harvey Oswald used to kill Jack Kennedy. If we had only six round maximum magazines, you'd be wanting to ban them. Then you'd be attacking single shot rifles.

Your kind are never satisfied until you've destroyed somebody else's freedom or rights.

Caught you, didn't I? There's no such thing as a Model 93 Winchester. Ask somebody who knows something about guns to explain it.

Why do you need more than a six round magazine?

If you are opposed by multiple armed assailants and have to reload while taking fire, a 60 round magazine will not seem like enough.

Since you're asking questions, why do you need a sawed off shotgun rigged to carry hidden under a coat?

It's the legal absolute minimum length. It was a goose gun and had a barrel 10 miles long. I've got it on a shoulder sling. It's real easy to carry under a coat concealed.

What would be the utility of a sawed off under a coat?

Hunting? No.
Home defense? Who wears a coat at home?
Defense in public? Would endanger people nearby the bad guy.

Knocking over gas stations out in the boondocks? OK, it would come in handy there.

Also, if one were buying/selling drugs to gangsters, it would come in handy to keep them from robbing you.

What else?
