Sergio - yes, M&A activity should spike in 2013/2014. I am not sure how much it will benefit LAZ since I have not dug into it. you also have to remember that investment banks are not good or well known for all the sectors - so make sure you look at what sectors LAZ is most active in and then move down from there in terms of what sectors are ripe for consolidation. But I will say this that don;t jst play it off the m&a cycle. i hope there are other things in addition to the one you mentioned that you love about LAZ.
