"Murder" is defined as the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another. In each case, whether in war or with abortion.....the killing is legally sanctioned. Therefore, technically, neither is a murder. Obviously, you can make a good case for the exception for war.....not so for legally sanctioned infanticide.

I see both as legalized murder.
