Pancho, we know CSCO won't make billion dollar purchase anytime soon given its indigestion of Stratacom. But as far as DOJ (Dept. of Justice) is concerned, I don't see any problem there (check out WCOM and MCIC again). COMS and CSCO have very little overlap. There are LU, NT, NN, BAY and lots of other networkers out there, unlike MSFT and INTC, none of these networkers have 90% monopoly. Keep in mind CSCO wants to get into consumer market. CSCO is sitting on an overly priced stock, it'll come down soon given all the other networkers freefall. Why not shop around with it?
