Greenspan made a speech tonight. See link below. His remarks should calm fears regarding the Asian markets. He does a very good job of explaining what happened and what should and shouldn't be done about it. He sees it as an opportunity to fix some structural problems and thinks that as those problems are fixed, high growth rates will resume.
