TLD...

Stan, if you have the time I would appreciate your thought's concerning TLD, it's a Euro Telecom that I have been follwing for about a year. My thinking is that it's basing for another step up, problem is that I have NO technical background. Guess I'm looking for some confirmation of my "hunch".
