Well, if global warming is true I wouldn't worry about the best "business climate", I'd worry about the best "existence climate". San Diego is pretty far south and too close to the coast in a global warming scenario. Meteorologists do a pretty good job of predicting things under current conditions, but as more trillions of tonnes of CO2 are pumped into the atmosphere I think the accepted models may lose their predictive abilities rather quickly.
