Why not read and respond to my post ? I gave you the answer to your question and you seem to either have missed it or ignored it.

FYI... Even had it passed and been sent to the Senate both O and Reid announced it would not have been put to a vote.

And just to repeat ...

Just as the other 40 plus pieces of legislation that Boehner sent over the last 4 years.

That's right. If it's a fiscal issue, Obama should be dealing directly with the Tea Party congressmen.
