All,

I just read a post on the APEX thread.

207.183.153.206

There is a comment by the CEO of APEX who stated that the institutions are probihited from selling the shares they got at the secondary during the lockout period (usually 6 months). I know that in an IPO, insiders are not allowed to sell during the lockout period but I am unaware that this applies to the institutions who participate in the IPO or secondary as well.

So if this is true, then we are safe for 6 months that those 3M shares at the secondary won't be dumped on the market.

Sheeeh, the institutions have to pay $28 for the shares, plus they have to keep for 6 months. Smaller investors are at an advantage here.

Mike.

Have we finally found support at 23 or are the fish finally beginning to bite?
