after 9-11 didn't we put armed police in planes ? LaPierre was right except the feds shouldn't pay the tab, the teachers union should. just deduct 1% for each teachers pay and that should cover it

Let's pay for armed guards in the schools with a Federal tax on ammo! Let's tax it at least as LEAST as highly as we tax cigarettes.
