PUGS and ALL: Goodmorning! TA RMIL 12/3/97 - With a little more time under my belt since the "crash" (hard disk that is) I am beginning to see a slightly different technical picture. One key element to keep in mind is that the major uptrend line which had been respected on many of the previous sell offs from rallies has been seriously violated on the downside. This type of action took place once before after the run to $4 and after a little new base building the stock had that rally to $3.75. Now once again there has been a breaking of a key upside trendline and for now it looks like the stock is trying to repeat the base building phase. The lack of serious trading volume interest is an additional cautionary note. This could be a reflection of the fact that the end of November confirmation of the $ infusion has not been forthcoming yet. Allowing for legal difficulties that crop up in financing deals like these it would seem that as long as the stock can hold above it's recent lows it is marking time before trying for another rally. Keep in mind that patience wears thin with delay.

Best of luck to all,

TLW

An added personal note, Pugs. I am somewhat familiar with some areas of Chicago but I don't know if you are familiar with the old boxing haunts of East New York and Brownsville. In my younger days I would come into the gym and watch guys like Benny Leaonard, Kid Gavilan, Sandy Sadler, Ruby Goldstein (when he was a boxer not a referee) Willie Pep and other past greats work out and train. I remember quite well sitting in the Old Madison Square Garden on Friday nights watching some of the really greats go at it.

Good luck and hang in there.
