when I was in my 20s I hung out with a house full of Georgetown university med students all they talked about was how much money they would make and what fancy cars they were gonna buy.

the best was a guy who said I gonna be a radiologist where all i do all day is look at pictures and get 300k a year and the nurses get cancer forn the xray machine

Well, Pubo, We do appreciate your effort and your care. But we do need for you to work a little harder and more efficiently and for money more in line with what Docs get paid in the rest of the world. QUIT PIECE MEALING THE OFFICE VISITS AND TESTS, too.
We also need to take a little more from you so we can help the poor and afflicted. Shouldn't matter because we know you aren't in it 'for the money'.
