I'd rather see … a restricted magazine capacity. That was part of the federal assault weapon ban that expired in 2004. Since then many were sold to Mexican drug cartels by our DOJ. Do we have the right to be able to defend ourselves against DOJ actions? You think more gun control laws are needed. I ask, needed for what? Chicago has the most stringent gun control laws in America. How is that going? According to Boortz, 446 American school age kids have been shot in Chicago so far this year. 62 died. Where is the press on that? American politicians have failed in their duty to inform parents of the threat to their children, the failure of government imposed school security measures, and the need for the parents to assume responsibility for their childrens' safety.
