There is no question that emptying our mental institutions and then turning a blind eye on the mentally troubled is not helping. Just as Obama ending three programs that put police into schools helped to cause the problem. So far I have not noticed Obama apologizing for putting the nation's children at risk. He instead is trying to use the opportunity caused by his actions to disarm patriotic Americans.
