You wrote. . . thanks for the info. It seems the WD Acronis software only requires you have a WD drive somewhere in the system. If the only WD drive you're using is in an enclosure with a USB connection, it doesn't count. That WD drive must be internal or connected with eSATA. Cheers, PW. P.S.
