Just heard from a very good source two pieces of news.

The VP of Technology - Steve Wise has just left (along with the VP of mktg and the VP of US finance)

PCDocs has made an offer to buy Fulcrum - a text retrieval company.

Maybe that cash will be used for some market expansion through acquiring companies with realted products.

Sultan,

Annual meeting is Friday , December 12 1997 at 9:00 a.m.

As to my comments regarding the options, the lowest original exercise price prior to the re-pricing is $11 Can. The proposed repricing is to change the exercise price to $8 Can., $5.82 U.S. Basically where the stock will be after all the tax selling is over.
