In fact, prosecution is proceeding but not as you all envision it. Hence, your complaints." Who is being prosecuted? Certainly not Obama Bundler and financial advisor (according to Biden) Corzine. Not the officers of the big banks who not only did not go to jail, but were paid huge bonuses from public monies. Certainly none of the Republican cronies. Seems to be the one thing that both parties can agree on. lj
