many years ago, convenience store robberies were getting out of hand.

the local sheriff had the stores put in one way mirrors in their door behind the counter

no criminal wanted to chance if there was an armed deputy behind the door, robberies disappeared

now the holdups are common again, that sheriff is long gone

Agree. Advertising vulnerability, as in gun free zones, is a bad basic idea.
