ID-friendly Louisiana has good science grades , that's nice, Louisiana also has been *leading every other state for 22 consecutive years with the highest per capita murder rate* and naturally one of the highest incarceration rates as well. One only wonders what sidestepping moral absolutist as yourself will do to explain a possible direct connect to the teaching of antiquated scriptural fundamentalism which still so defiantly maintains its dominion in the great scientifically advanced state of Louisiana?
