Anything is possible in R2, Ray, eg, the SRSI code John S posted on the thread.

Could OR in the good whites or use if...then...else blocks--nested ifs are supposed to work right in the hot-off-the-press 32-bit beta. The 32-bit scans are much faster so I am exploring scan limitations.

My point was that, although 8 blacks should be as good or better than the variants you deemed acceptable, its 10-day backtest didn't look that great.

I've now gotten pretty involved with system testing using Telescan's ProSearch so have a pretty full plate.
