Every time they have to slap a new magazine in, it's an opportunity for someone to tackle them and end the slaughter.
Those children had no chance trying to tackle him and you still think having police our some armed guards is silly. Bill Clinton thought it was a good idea.

You will never confiscate the magazines and they will always be easy to get - easier than scoring your lsd or sneaking into the country from Mexico.
