Anybody know how WebStreet routes their orders? Do they use selectnet, an ECN, soes, or a combination?

I find that what you people are saying is that you enter an order and have no clue if you have an execution or not for anywhere from 10 -30 minutes and you except those terms??????
Please tell me this is not the case, and if it is the case it sounds like an industry standard. Clear this up for me please.
