Is there a board to discuss Chrome issues?

There is a board just for Firefox but I can't find one with a search of "Chrome"

I have Chrome on my laptop, desktop, Android phone and Nexus 7 but I can't get the first version I put on my desktop PC to sync and I can't find help online. One reason people like Apple is they can take issues like this to the Apple store and get help.
