I brought that exact matter up (MTV going digital) with both Dan Mahoney and Chris Cline in two recent conversations last week. I named and described the current MTV shows and the formats typical of MTV programming which would benefit immensely from IATV. I don't think my suggestions caught their attention as yet. They seemed to be unaware of the excellent potential of MTV and IATV. Maybe more IATV shareholders discussing the matter with them would get their interest moving in that direction. If they don't go there, I think it's a large missed market. I think I understand why (because they are concentrating on sports and education) but I wish that they would look into it. After all both are hdqrterd in NY...they are just a cab ride away from each other. Ed
