I met an interesting Indian man, that has a great restaurant in Hanoi. He said he emigrated to Calgary a few years back, but after almost 3 years waiting to get his papers that allowed him to work (open a restaurant), he got so frustrated, he moved back to Hanoi.... great food, "Namaste" for anyone that travels to Hanoi..
