The incidence of depression has risen every year since the early 20th century. There are probably many reasons for this, though most studies point to significant socioeconomic changes experienced by the post-World War II "baby boomer" generation.

In the United States, one in six people experience a depressive episode during their lifetime. Only 50% of the people who meet the criteria for diagnosis seek treatment for depression, which affects the ability to determine how many people actually suffer from this disorder.

serotinin meds are vitally important along with talk therapy........

these mass murderers suffer from a combination of factors, not just depression.......access to machine guns crystallizes their moment in the sun.

With the left overjoyed at posting registered gun owners' addresses publicly, do you think the left would object to me posting their govt health care records online?

No big deal right? All govt funded, all should be public.

As I said in the original post you have to be very careful about the statistics that are out there because they are designed to be misleading. If you just take at face value the statistics from the media or those you WANT to hear, you'll come to totally erroneous conclusions.

What I posted is Aussie government data...not media anything. Just simple, undeniable facts...

I am now a professional novelist. However, before that I owned a gun store....
When I hear people tell me the gun industry is unregulated, I have to resist the urge to laugh in their face.

I mean, c'mon man...this is hardly an opinion I would want to pay attention to. Guns in his blood and he thinks the gun industry is "regulated" ... I am the one who wants to laugh. You can buy a gun here in my state in 10 minutes. You can buy guns here at a show without any checks nor balances. You can be a nutjob with a wad of money and walk away with just about anything. It's ridiculous to say that the gun industry is "regulated". What we call regulation is a patch work of ineffective legislation with enough loopholes you can drive a truck through them.
