Alan ... I agree there appears to be no mention of ligiation from anyone. This whole mess tonight is speculation on IF the companies refuse. (which is normal and has been very enlightening) Merely EUTO has made a firm committment to regain the shares. The next step is not yet been determined. For all we know the companies are selling shares to create a panic sell and buy it all back at a lower level. Welcome to penny stocks and all the speculation and what not associated ALAN your post did not damage the stock other than the portion of the 50 million that leak which is unknown at this post. Now the rest and all this mess is speculation on WHAT IF. Typical penny stock complication with unknown facts. JMO GB
