So, does trading over $1.00 for just one day get rid of the NYSE listing notice for at least another 30 days?
Not quite. The potential delisting nightmare still looms:
The NYSE requires the average closing price of a listed company's common stock to be at least $1.00 per share over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.
My gut says it'll not get delisted. Could be dead wrong.
