Sure seems strange that both XLNX and ALTR rallied big yesterday. Today however, the rock fell very hard. I think someone should look into the trading activity over the last several days. This scream's MANIPULATION/INSIDER TRADING

I've been buying all the way down from $44. The stock has gone nowhere for 2 years, and programmable logic is such a good growth market that I think it's just a matter of time before XLNX regains traction.
