I served as a Navy Seabee officer. I'm not a pussy. What rank did you achieve in the military? Could I have done better. Depends on what that means. Does it mean I could have killed the two perps? I would have given it my best.

The killings were all over in 15-30 minutes and no cops were in the building

Another vote for concealed carry - when seconds count the cops are minutes away.

Or

I carry a gun because cops are too heavy.
