TSL, My pick is Energy Fuels (EFR.TO, EFRFF), a turn around story. With "Pro Nuke Abe" as the new Prime Minister of Japan, I think the Uranium bear market has ended. So, a new Uranium Bull is on the way. But there is no way of predicting when the massive gains will come - maybe not until 2014. However, as long as the price of uranium doesn't go down, Energy Fuels should do well - they have rationalized their mine production by shutting down their high cost operations until the uranium spot price moves up. They should be profitable at today's uranium prices and much more profitable when the uranium bull charges ahead.

I will go with Saint Barbara, Ltd. Australian Ticker = SBM US OTC Ticker (for ADR = 5 shares) = STBMY stbarbara.com.au Would have gone with DMM, but figure DMM already taken... And SBM could well be a better choice as it is highly levered to gold price given its high cash cost via recent take over of 2 new mines... Plus, believe they sandbagged a bit on forecasting the turnaround time on these 2 new mines... We shall see.
