I don't know what the f is wrong with apple devotees on this board. It is possible that apple did fine till all of Jobs' ideas were exhausted. But now it all downhill because the rest of the guys are dickwads...

I can well imagine that most of the frustration felt by users of the Apple web store is in not being able to get quick enough delivery of the products they want. It's Apple's perennial problem, and as many of us have observed, it's a good one to have.
