*Sigh*. Hardly the first one around. Any tech company whose stock drops -- for whatever reason -- nowadays suffers from these shark attacks. I bet some of these sharks buy stock just to try to extort some money from companies if their stocks drops.

My own personal opinion, of course.

Regarding this lawsuit, would the plaintiff include purchasers of options as well?
