NGD made the deal with Goldcorp (pushing Barrick aside) as their development partner for El Morro in Chile.
After much legal messing around it looks like things are now progressing well......

>>>"El Morro, a joint venture project in Chile with owner-operator Goldcorp Inc., in which New Gold has a 30% interest. El Morro entered the permitting stage in November 2008, in March 2011 received approval for the Environmental Impact Assessment from the Chilean Authorities, and in January 2012, Goldcorp's Board of Directors formally approved construction. "<<<

from NGD website.

New Afton up and running about 70 miles west of where i know live and the Blackwater project up by Prince George will turn out to be a monster for NGD but still years away from production.....but i will bet they will find a way more gold yet on that property.

This year (2012) was brutal for the exploreco's and au/ag stocks in general. So i think your timing is good...lots of beat up jnrs that have cash flow and growth.

NGD.WT.A. is a good place to start....i still have a position.......although i think most who have survived the kicking we got in the last year have improved their short term trading....i sure have.

Get your self moved down south......i can see some good trips ahead.
