To sustain itself, the infrastructure owners and value added contributors, must do things they had previously been unwilling to do;innovate in ways such as take the weight out of the rail car moving the oil, one of the biggest inefficiencies in the present system is that these locomotives are asked to pull too much weight.....

filament wound tanker cars could be a revolution in sustaining competitive advantage for rail...failing this,
the trend will be fleeting.
