In 1 minute time frame charts it looks like this $SPX is about to break hard (down) based on the $VIX and the narrow squeeze on both via Bollinger Bands.

I'm still lightly short, but I did dump the long gold and silver again, it always disappoints... so, right now, I need to see a signal before I jump into those metals again, it didn't happen yet... I'm still holding lots of BAC, I actually added again this morning to my BAC longs... so even if I get stopped out of this new short, the BAC will more than make up the difference here... I was very lucky to add that long SP earlier this morning, this made the trade a break even trade since I bought much higher yesterday... the NQ was a really minimal gain, I stopped out just above break even on that one... we could still rally today, but since this market didn't do exactly as I had expected, I didn't care to wait and hope... I could always buy again on a signal... either way, these markets won't run away without a solid buy signal well in advance, I can take that to the bank... GZ
